Bertie is a black with white patches male domestic shorthair cat & is looking
About Bertie: Bertie is a stray who seemed to start regularly seeking refuge in our back garden earlier on this year. When we first found him he was so skinny and dirty and was covered in scratches. He was so timid and would run away if he heard you coming.
We cleared out an old dog kennel for him and filled it with snuggly blankets so he had a shelter, but could still come and go as he pleased.
He loves it. He spends most days and every night there. We leave food out for him. He is so friendly now. He comes running as soon as we open the back door, rubbing around your legs like a wild thing.
He is now happy and healthy and loves staring in at our 3 cats who are all indoor pets due to the busy road nearby.
Tricks Bertie can do: Jumping up onto our high back wall.
Hobbies: Exploring the local area. Watching our other 3 cats through the window.
Favorite Toys: He only has one toy at the moment as he’s a bit nervous of toys and thought I was trying to hit him when I tried to play with a toy on a string with him.
His one toy is a little fluffy mouse who lives in his kennel with him.
Favorite Snacks: Any food, especially whiskas pouches with gravy.
