Boy am I getting sick of hearing about this fucking game. It’s a cool series don’t get me wrong but it’s another shooting game. You go around shooting bad guys, those games have been around since your dad was an itch in your grandpas nutsack. Thats what I think.

I am proud to say I dont own an Xbox. Halo is cool, for a certain amount of time. Then it gets boring.
I used to play COD1 alot, and BHDDF too. Those two were the shit. Then, when COD2 came out, i couldnt get into any of the rooms, and blackhawkdown got boring.

I dont own any gaming console, although that might have to change with income tax. The most fancy I ever got with games was Crimson Butterfly which I really didnt play and Silent Hill the original, which I got sick of after the first 2 times beating it. Never did get that damn kitana or the rock hammer...

But seriously, I agree. halo was good, but I wouldn’t consider it so praise worthy. I mean, hl2 was so much better at Single Player, and I still love Battlefield 1942 for online play. I don’t see how so much love can go into halo, when it really wasn’t that innovative, it was just one of the few good games on Xbox.

Why would someone buy a 360 just for 1 game? I’m just going to buy a PS3, a HD TV, and Half-Life 2: Orange Box so that I can have the most kick arse graphics EVAH!

Who Cares about Graphics? I mean, ooh, eye candy. It’s nice, but you can’t look me in the eye and truthfully say that you wouldn’t play a great FPS because the graphics weren’t wonderful. I mean, DOOM II! C’mon!? Don’t insult the classics.

The reason people are excited about it is because of the STORYLINE. The first games got good reviews and people want to see whats in store next. Now Half-Life(here we go again) has elements no other shooting game has ever had before(IE: Gravity Gun) and theres a lot of holes in the story that need to be filled.

I got it on reserve also. It’s gonna be sweet.
What is also sweet, is the place that I am getting it from, they are going to be giving out free stuff to the people that reserved it. I have no idea what they will be giving out. Hopefully it will be Xbox Live and the network adapter or whatever. I want to play xbox live, but i dont have any money to buy it.
A 1 year xbox live membership is $80, and the network adapter is fucking $100. I only have $50, so im currently fucked. I am trying to persuade my parents to get it for me as a ’early christmas present’/, but they keep saying no, because that is not how it works.
I think i migt crack my mom so she will buy it for me though. SHe loves meh.

Simple, can’t you just connect the wire? Buy a LAN wire and a router which would be like 40 at most then connect it. DUR

It’s not that great of a game, but many people (Such as myself) want to buy it to finish the story. That is why they are getting off with such shitty graphics.
