Found under the ticket buying window:

"You can buy 25 tickets a day until the game ends. View Past Winners"

But I get this message when I try to buy more tickets:
"A MAX OF #15 TICKETS ARE ALLOWED PER DAY "


one of them has to be wrong...

It goes up with level
1-5 is 5 tickets
6-9 is 15
and 10+ is 25

to the breast of my knowledge.
